Correctional Service Minister Hon. Roy Biyama issues a challenge to Acting Commissioner Stephen Pokanis to assume strong command and control, maintain stabilityand restore good work ethics and unity among all ranks within Correctional Service regardless of the acting appointment being for only three months. Minister Biyama further reiterated that he wanted to see basic fundamentals restored, drive ongoing reforms and transformation programs to achieve  priorities of Government.
